Bolt.new writes an application from a description and runs it on the vendor's own hosting. The documentation states outright that no third-party hosting account is required, which is the single practical difference between this and the tools that hand deployment somewhere else. A domain can be bought inside the product; attaching one already owned means editing registrar DNS by hand.
