SITE123 removes layout decisions rather than offering them. Its own documentation says there is no need to drag and drop anything: a page type comes with its structure already chosen, and the work is supplying words and pictures. For someone who has stalled on a blank canvas before, that is a genuine answer rather than a limitation.

It is not as bare as that suggests. Ready-made palettes, at least two layouts per page type, switchable section backgrounds and a site-structure panel all exist, so the result is not one fixed shape. A live channel is staffed at any hour whichever plan you are on, and a booking page is built in.

The published pricing does not agree with itself, which is the awkward part. The figure on the plan card and the figure in the same site's own questions differ; the questions describe four packages while the support centre describes five; and no renewal rate or introductory label appears anywhere, so whether the advertised figure holds after the first term cannot be established either way.
